Your English 59 Passive Voice in Scientific English 1
If you need to speak "scientific English" you should definitely practice using the passive voice. Here we will focus on the present and present perfect tenses. In this podcast you will also be working with some vital "semi-scientific" vocabulary that is used in papers, articles and advertisements as well as in normal conversation.
In most ESL courses, there are moments when students are asked to repeat what the teacher says or react to a stimulus given by a teacher. When working as a group this can be tiring for both the teacher and the students. Here learners have their own private tutor, who will repeat as many times as they wish! So take advantage of this opportunity to have your very own personal language trainer! That is the big plus with podcasts.
