Your English 58 Being Polite (2)

Level: A2 to B2

This is the 2nd podcast to help you be more polite when speaking English. We work on using "please," "would," "could," "do you mind," and "would you mind." There is much oral practice with questions that are "requests," i.e., you ask people to do something for you. Interactive exercises train you to master these structures and use them spontaneously. The target level is A2 to C1.

In most elementary to intermediate ESL courses, students are asked to repeat what the teacher says or react to a stimulus given by a teacher. When working in a group, this can be tiring for both the teacher and the students. Here learners have their private tutor, who will repeat as many times as they wish! So take advantage of this opportunity to have your very own personal language trainer! That is the big plus with podcasts.
